What does the service actually do?
We prepare candidates for professional certification exams one to one. A consultant learns which exam you are sitting and where you are starting from, then builds a study plan around it: which topics to cover, in what order, and how to rehearse the format you will meet on the day. The preparation is yours to work through at your own pace.
Is SystemExam affiliated with any certification body or exam provider?
No. We are an independent preparation service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any certification body or exam provider. Exam names and codes are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe which exam we help you prepare for.
How do I get started?
Send us the exam code you are sitting through the form on any exam page or the homepage. A consultant replies on the channel you prefer — email, WhatsApp, text message or phone — with what preparing for that exam involves. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed when you enquire.
Why is there no price on the site?
Because what you need is not what the next candidate needs. Someone re-sitting in three weeks and someone starting from scratch are different pieces of work, so the scope and the price are agreed in the conversation, before you pay anything.
My exam is not listed. Can you still help?
Possibly. The catalogue does not hold every certification yet. Send us the exam code anyway and we will tell you whether we prepare candidates for it. If we do not, we will say so.
How does the preparation match the real exam?
The plan rehearses the same format, question weighting and passing threshold as the live exam, so the way you practise matches the way you will be assessed. We do not provide live exam questions or sit any exam on your behalf — the work prepares you to pass it yourself.
How will a consultant reach me?
On whichever channel you choose when you enquire: email, WhatsApp, text message or phone. Most of our candidates are in the United States and prefer email or text, so we do not assume a channel — you tell us, and we use it.
What happens to the details I send?
They are used to reply to your enquiry and to plan your preparation, nothing else. We do not sell them or pass them on. The privacy policy sets out exactly what we collect and how long we keep it.
Do I have to buy anything to ask a question?
No. Ask what an exam covers, whether you are ready for it, or which code applies to your role. If preparation is not what you need, we will tell you.
Not the certification you need?
Send us the exam code and we will say whether we prepare candidates for it. If we do not, we will tell you that too.
